Coordinator / Team leader
- Bachelor or graduate in the areas of Education, Social Sciences, Economics or related areas
- Master’s or similar in the areas of Education, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy or related areas
- No less than five (05) years of experience in programme, policy and/or research evaluations in social development and process management, specially in evaluations of projects carried out in Peru and/or Latin America on social issues, preferably financed by international cooperation.
- To have carried out four (04) or more studies, consultancies and/or research and/or social studies and/or social programmes on interventions that demonstrate knowledge in educational policy in which quantitative/qualitative methodologies and techniques have been used.
- Three (03) or more evaluations on education issues in the country and/or in the Latin American region. If the evaluations were about secondary education, rural or intercultural projects they will be considered a plus.
- At least (01) one publication of studies and/or evaluations on social issues
- Experience of one (01) or more evaluation processes at the international level
- Fluent in Spanish and English at a high level (reading, writing, speaking)
